نفذّت قيادات اللواء 3 واللواء 415 واللواء 191 حرس حدود اليوم مناورة عسكرية تحمل اسم “طوفان الأقصى”، بمناسبة تخرج كتائب من منتسبيها من دورات قوات خاصة، برعاية قائد قوات حرس الحدود اللواء معوض العمري.

وبدأت المناورة العسكرية، باستعراض خريطة خاصة بخطط مسارات العملية ليتم تطبيقها عملياً من قبل الخريجين من كتائب قوات حرس الحدود الذين تلقوا تدريبات عملية لفترة طويلة، لتنمية مهاراتهم وقدراتهم العسكرية والقتالية.

وأثناء المناورة، شارك الطيران المسير في قصف الأهداف المرسومة للعدو، فيما دكت القوة الصاروخية مواقع العدو الافتراضية، وقامت حينها المدفعية بتمشيط مواقع العدو الصهيوني الافتراضية من عدة مسارات ومساحة جغرافية كبيرة في الجبال والثكنات العسكرية والوديان.
في حين نفذّت قوات حرس الحدود مهامها النوعية في العملية العسكرية باتجاه العدو الافتراضي بمختلف أنواع الأسلحة، وبمشاركة المشاة والقناصة، والإعلام والإسعاف الحربي في نسق معلوم ومحدود.
وتمكنت تلك القوات بعد الهجوم من عدة مسارات ووفق الخطط المعدة والمرسومة من إسقاط مواقع العدو الافتراضية، وتنكيس راية العدو الصهيوني ورفع العلمين اليمني والفلسطيني.
