أعلن الرئيس التونسي قيس سعيد مساء الجمعة تعديل المرسوم المتعلق بالانتخابات التشريعية في ظل جدل متصاعد حول التزكيات.

وجاء ذلك إثر استقبال قيس سعيد مساء الجمعة رئيسة الحكومة التونسية نجلاء بودن رمضان.
وأكد الرئيس التونسي في بيان نشرته الرئاسة التونسية على صفحتها في “فيسبوك”، على “ضرورة تطبيق القانون على الجميع على قدم المساواة ووضع حد للظاهرة المتعلقة بالمال الفاسد، وتعديل المرسوم المتعلق بالانتخابات خاصة بعد أن تبين أن عددا من أعضاء المجالس المحلية لم يقوموا بالدور الموكول لهم قانونا وصارت التزكيات سوقا تباع فيها الذمم وتُشترى”، وفق البيان.
وأضاف البيان، أنه إذا كان التشريع الحالي لم يحقق أهدافه فالواجب الوطني المقدس يقتضي تعديل القانون الانتخابي للحد من هذه الظاهرة المشينة خاصة وأن الذين تم إيقافهم ووقعت إحالتهم على العدالة هدفهم، كما تبين ذلك من الأبحاث، هو إدخال الارتباك في صفوف المواطنين وبث الفوضى خوفا من الإرادة الشعبية الحقيقية التي ستفرزها صناديق الاقتراع يوم 17 ديسمبر المقبل”.
