أقامت دولة الإمارات مستشفى ميدانيا متكاملا في غزة ضمن عملية “الفارس الشهم 3” الإنسانية، تنفيذا لأوامر رئيس الدولة محمد بن زايد آل نهيان، بحسب ما ذكرت وكالة “وام” الإماراتية.

وكتبت الوكالة: “انطلقت اليوم من مطار أبوظبي الدولي خمس طائرات تحمل جميع المعدات والمتطلبات اللازمة لإقامة المستشفى الميداني وتشغيله، حيث ستفرغ حمولتها في مطار العريش في جمهورية مصر العربية الشقيقة، تمهيداً لنقلها إلى داخل قطاع غزة”.
ويضم المستشفى الميداني الإماراتي، الذي تبلغ سعته 150 سريرا وسيجري تنفيذه على عدة مراحل، أقسام الجراحة العامة وجراحة العظام والأطفال والنساء، والتخدير وعناية حثيثة للأطفال والبالغين، بجانب عيادات في تخصصات الباطنية، والأسنان وعيادة نفسية، وطب العائلة إضافة إلى خدمات الأشعة المقطعية، ومختبر وصيدلية والخدمات الطبية المساندة.
وتأتي هذه المبادرة، حسب الوكالة، تجسيدا لمواقف دولة الإمارات التاريخية الداعمة والمساندة للأشقاء الفلسطينيين، والوقوف بجانبهم خلال الظروف الصعبة التي تواجههم حاليا، بحسب الوكالة.
وكانت دولة الإمارات قد أعلنت في وقت سابق تقديم مساعدات عاجلة إلى الأشقاء الفلسطينيين بمبلغ 20 مليون دولار، إضافة إلى مبادرتها لاستضافة حوالي 1000 طفل فلسطيني من قطاع غزة برفقة ذويهم لتوفير العلاج الطبي لهم والرعاية في مستشفيات الدولة، بجانب إطلاق حملة مجتمعية إغاثية للأشقاء الفلسطينيين المتأثرين من الأحداث في القطاع تحت شعار “تراحم من أجل غزة”.
