أعلن نادي القضاة في العاصمة صنعاء، وقف تعليق العمل في المحاكم والنيابات ابتداء من اليوم الأحد.

يأتي هذا بعد نحو نصف شهر من إعلان نادي القضاة بدء الاضراب، احتجاجاً على مقتل القاضي محمد حمران من قبل عصابة مسلحة بعد اختطافه من أحد شوارع صنعاء.

وقال النادي في بيان له إنه قرر تعليق الإضراب في المحاكم والنيابات وعلى جميع القضاة العودة إلى عملهم.
وأكد النادي أن رفع الإضراب يأتي بعد الالتزام بتلبية المطالب التي اشترطها في بيانه السابق ومنها محاكمة قتلة القاضي حمران، ومحاكمة قناة الهوية ومالكها محمد العماد.
وأضاف أن سلطات صنعاء التزمت بذلك. وشدد على وحدة أعضاء نادي القضاة ووقوفهم صفا واحدا مع نقابة المحامين، في حماية هيبة القضاء من أعدائها الذين ينالون منها.
