أكّـدت صحيفةٌ متخصِّصةٌ في الشؤون البحرية الدولية، أن لجوءَ واشنطن وتحالفها إلى التلاعُبِ ببيانات السفن المارَّة من البحرَينِ الأحمر والعربي وتغيير أنظمة التعريف الآلية الخَاصَّة بها، هي أساليبُ لا يمكن أن تقيَ السفنَ المستهدَفةَ ضمن دائرة الردع اليمنية.

ونشرت صحيفة “هيلينك شيبينج نيوز” المختصة بالشؤون البحرية الدولية، مقالاً للخبير النرويجي غابرييل فوينتيس، أكّـد فيه أن “قيام بعض السفن بالتلاعب ببيانات نظام التعريف الآلي الخاص بها ليست طريقة فعالة لتجنب هجمات القوات المسلحة اليمنية”.
وقالت الصحيفة عن فوينتيس الذي يعمل أُستاذاً مساعداً في اقتصاديات الشحن والمحلل في كلية الاقتصاد النرويجية: إن “العثور على طرق للتخفيف من المخاطر التي تواجه السفن التي تمر عبر البحر الأحمر أمر معقَّد؛ بسَببِ الطبيعة الديناميكية وغير المتوقعة لهجمات الحوثيين”، في إشارة إلى الاستراتيجيات المتطورة التي تستخدمها القوات المسلحة في عمليات الاستهداف المباغتة.
ويؤكّـد الخبير النرويجي للصحيفة المختصة بالشؤون البحرية، أن “المشكلة الرئيسية الآن هي استهداف السفن بالصواريخ الباليستية، وهذا أمر يصعب مواجهته مثلما كان يتم التعامل في مواجهة القرصنة”، مُشيراً إلى أن “احتمالية استهداف القوات المسلحة اليمنية، للسفن المستهدفة أعلى بكثير”.

في سياق متصل، أوضح فونتيس أن فشل وقف العمليات اليمنية والتعامل معها قاد السفن المستهدفة لإيجاد طرق للحد من التهديد، وذلك من خلال التلاعب بالبيانات التي تشاركها مع نظام التعريف التلقائي (إيه آي إس)، وهو نظام تتبع تم تطويره لتوفير معلومات تحديد الهُــوِيَّة وتحديد المواقع للسفن والمحطات البرية.
وأشَارَ إلى أن “التلاعبَ في بيانات يتمثل بتغيير حقل في بيانات AIS والمصمم للإشارة إلى وجهة إبحار السفينة، واستخدمت بعض السفن هذا المجال لإيصال رسائلَ مختلفة؛ بغرض إخفاء وِجهتها المقصودة”، مؤكّـداً أن “المشكلة في هذه الممارسات هي أنها قد تزيد في الواقع من احتمالية استهداف حركة الحوثي للسفن، من خلال جعل السفن تبدو أكثر عدوانية وربما ضارة، كما أن وجود حراس مسلحين لن يمنعَ الهجومَ الصاروخي”، في إشارة إلى عدم نجاعة هذا الأُسلُـوب في الهروب من العمليات اليمنية، في ظل استمرار حالة الفشل العسكرية الأمريكية البريطانية، وهو ما يجعل خيارات واشنطن ولندن مقتصرة على تلبية مطالب القوات المسلحة اليمنية لتجنب التعرض للمزيد من الضربات.
وفي السياق ذاته يقول الخبير النرويجي: إنه “بعد الهجمات الأولية، كان هناك انخفاض كبير في عدد السفن التي تدَّعي أن لديها هذا النوع من الحماية على متنها، وبدلاً عن ذلك، تقوم المزيد من السفن بتحرير بيانات نظام التعرف الآلي الخاص بها لتعلن صراحةً أنه ليس لديها أية علاقات مع “إسرائيل”، باستخدام عبارات مثل (لا يوجد اتصال بإسرائيل) أَو الإعلان عن أن السفينة أَو الطاقم صيني بالكامل مع وضع عبارة: الجميع صينيون”.
وفي ختام المقال، أكّـد فوينتيس عدمَ فاعلية أُسلُـوب التخفي هذا، منوِّهًا إلى فشل السفن التي قامت بالتلاعب ببيانتها التعارفية، في المرور دون التعرض للاستهداف، وهنا إشارة إلى دقة الرصد اليمني وتحديد الأهداف بعناية واختراق كُـلّ يافطات التخفي الأمريكية البريطانية.
